The applicant is requesting a conditional use permit to amend the previously approved site plan of CU12- 10 ( Ordinance No. 2012- 17) for a planned commercial center, specifically to allow for a drive-thru and outside seating in conjunction with a restaurant. The property is located at 1135 William D. Tate Avenue and is zoned "CC" Community Commercial District. The Public Hearing was held and closed at the October 20, 2015 Joint City Council and Planning and Zoning Commission meeting. The Planning and Zoning Commission tabled this item at their October 20, 2015 meeting.
