NEW BUSINESS Consider Resolution No. 2017- 082 expressing intent to finance expenditures to be incurred relative to the award of an engineering service contract with Huitt- Zollars Inc. for the design of roadway, streetscape, landscaping, pedestrian, and bicycle improvements along the Dallas Road Corridor / Cottonbelt Trail from William D. Tate Avenue to Texan Trail, Ordinance No. 2017- 064 amending the Fiscal Year 2017 Capital Budget and take any necessary action.
