Consider an Engineering Design and Construction Phase Services Contract to DeltaTek Engineering for the design and inspection of structural repairs and the interior and exterior painting of the support column and tank of the Mustang Elevated Storage Tank, consider an ordinance appropriating $104,032.50 for the contract award plus 10% contingency to the FY 2014-2015 Capital Improvements Plan and take any necessary action.
