Consider award of a contract to Dewberry Architects Inc., and consider Change Order No. 1 to the CAC/Library HVAC Project with Adolfson & Peterson for the design services and renovation of the Library and take any necessary action.
Consider an ordinance amending the Grapevine Code of Ordinances Chapter 23 Traffic, Article V Parking, prohibiting parking on West Wall Street from Ball Street to Dove Road and take any necessary action.
